Facebook represents a new phase of human technology and relation. It is not anything specific. The makers thought of something. The users received something. Whatever the users make of it, with each new interaction, it becomes. And then, in turn, it remakes the users in the image of their own activity. If that activity is intelligent, they become -staggeringly- more intelligent. If it is something else? They become that something else. What you have so far made of facebook attacks your intelligence, but -anyone can make anything they want out of it- and it will -function that way for them-.
