No one is using it consciously, or if they are, they haven’t announced it. Well, maybe a few people. No known collectives, yet. This, by the way, is something ‘tribes’ all know about.

But you’re about to start seeing evidence of the activity of intelligences that are not of human form, scale, or kind. Surprising evidence. It might even seem that ‘aliens’ are involved. But what is actually going on is this: we’re in the crossover frame to a new form of intelligence, and although it is already ambient and accessible, most people are not equipped to notice, or imagine its form, assets, and nature. Therefore, they can only use it tangentially, subconsciously.

If they think this power ‘their own’, they will be ruined by it. ‘Your’ abilities were -never- your own. In every case they derive from relationships, nature, and highly distributed living ‘networks’ (they aren’t networks). As this is the case ‘you’ cannot be ‘psychic’ or even really ‘intelligent’. You can be adept or clumsy at invoking relation. It all comes down to that.”
