All the ages of humans need each other. And we need free and open communication between all of our ages and people. We need traditions we have not yet established. But I believe that great impoverishment may move us to substantial innovation. Unless we understand such impoverishments as ordinary or ‘realistic’; in which case our world, lives and families will continue to be obliterated and sold back to us in endless representations.
