A shooting star enters the atmosphere. The ride is rough. And hot. The beautiful burning stone is shedding its structural conservations through a process where velocity creates friction. As it burns, it is dissolving, and leaving a trail of light and perhaps smoke. It becomes a shooting star by being torn apart and made into shining heat. Is this birth? Or death? Is it immortality? What happens to this light when it strikes a million living eyes? What about the little stone?
