It seems to me that when one’s home and world are on fire, lining up to sign petitions declaring your support of some used car salesman with a particular take on the nature of fires and how to put them out is as ridiculous as it is reckless.

The matter at hand is burning our heads -right off-. Voting for another four years of misapprehended paramilitarism and vapid inadequacy is like signing your name to a petition to put out the fire that is being circulated by the arsonist.
