We tend to think of things as good or bad, without regard to time or context. Of course, this is not even thinking yet. But we think it is, and even believe it. A good thing must be good in terms of timing and context, this is where goodness emerges from fantasy into reality. Timing and context are, in fact, most of the ‘goodness’ we so often (and often erroneously) attribute to some thing, way, situation or being. We ‘decide’ it is simply good, forget about timing and context, and enter into fabulistic fascinations. Hopefully it is clear that this is not good, and repeating the mistake is worse still.
