The star at the top of Tree may be understood as the Sun, and the ‘tree’ as the entire temporal extent of Sol’s effects on spacetime. The ‘ornaments’ are living worlds and minds and eyes and wings born in the wake of Sol’s travel.

Sol is ‘Elf Splendor’ (Alfrödull), and ‘elves’ are the constituents of the entire ring of our ancestors. When we gather our living kin and those we bond with together ‘around the tree’, we are making an assemblage of orbital lives, or ‘assembling the satellites’, if you will. We are all living expressions of specific moments of Sol in time.

When properly assembled and impassioned (something we modernly tend to exchange for object exchange), we comprise something analogous to a living radio through which ‘the elves’ may speak and be understood, remembered and known. That is ‘the chimney’ through which ‘the ancient messenger’ arrives. The messenger is one who exists as the summation-body of the elves. The metaElf.

The ring of ancestors comes to life in us, within our living presences. We become the gift of insight into mystery and adoration. To each other. With our ancestors surrounding us in sacred rings of time and place.
