I think Light is a scheme by (the unityBeing) which involves causing every possible sort of apparent distance to be (in a unique (transentient) dimension) inverted.

What this means is that farther apart we are (or seem to be) (and the more ways in which this is so) — the more we are more perfectly unified.

What we see as brightness is (more accurately) the inversion of the (myriad) separation(s).

And no one can tell!
