As the image is to (the Great Mystery), the narrative is to experience.
In a way analogous to how some spiritual traditions forbid representations (images), since they severely delimit what can never be contained (as it has no such extent); our stories about what things and situations ‘are’ and mean… represent actual demons.
These strangely active ideas will (effectively) try to convert us and others to their cause, and spare no resource to establish or sustain their dominance until we cannot tell the difference between our model and who we are. We will then defend the model from attacks as if it were ourselves.
This is like defending a monodimensional parasite that reduces all of your senses a thousandfold — from all who would free you of it.
