The ˚normal˚ — when understood with a modicum of skillfulness and clarity — is vastly more bizarre than all of the wildest stories of paranormality combined. For this reason, we should set the whole mess of such distracting stories aside, and take a fresh, clear look at the ordinary. It will be found to surpass every possible expectation. There is nothing ordinary about it.
