If you deeply understand, you will see what I mean when I say that every cage is secretly fashioned around an egress. The egress is often invisible, and, in many cases, inconceivable — but nonetheless — it’s there. That there is or is not a door is secondary. The door may be an exit, but it is not the egress I speak of.
