The nature of the ‘husbandry’ relationship between the humans and the animals in the physical world is reversed in the dreaming. In this world, we’re like (angry, estranged) gods. In the dreaming, they are like angels. The (technical, intellectual and engineering) expertise we evince in the physical world is a sketch of a shadow of what they do… with and for us… in dreaming.
