1: When you make ‘a mistake’ laugh or celebrate it. I learned this long ago playing guitar, but it came naturally.

2. When you do something hard, correctly, stop, take a break, do something different, then return.

3. At the ‘end’ of the creative process, loudly celebrate your achievements, vocally. Congratulate yourself loudly.
