Me: And announcing this on facebook merely ensures that nothing whatsoever will be done, because posting about the failures of society on social media has precisely zero effect on those failures. Except, perhaps, to worsen them, since, instead of doing anything useful, we just deflect the possibility of action into the act of posting.
