My response (yes, I know, tldr… but still)…

I have thought about this a lot over many years. A number of things are relatively clear to me. I will explore them individually.

1. The universe is a network of intelligences. Most of these are not physical. The ‘earth’ is a library of derivations and ‘children’ of these intelligences. Some of these are organisms, others are living places, waters, mountains and so on. In the living network, which I have had the experience of directly navigating within, the closest thing to an ‘alien’ is a machine. Machines make ‘dead time’ in timespace. This is not the only possible or reasonable perspective, but I am profoundly biased toward organisms due to the fact that they are ‘living modes of timespace’ and create intelligent hyperstructures in timespace via their relationships. It’s not my goal to explain my models of time here, but it is clear to me that, at least around »here, machines mean death to organisms, and transformations that are completely undesirable in the network of living worlds and time.

2. No physical travel is necessary in the network; the network’s nature is such that there are myriad modes of travel, relation, and exchange of intelligence that require neither machines nor vehicles. It is clear that all living worlds in all of time exchange intelligence constantly without any machine being involved; indeed the existence and function of machines »damages these networks at their root. An actually intelligent species would produce machines only rarely, and only for intelligent purposes. The ‘technology’ of the living networks is transbiological, but a-mechanical. Any actually advanced species would not merely be »aware of this fact, but »protective of it.

3. It is possible for ordinary humans to interact with these networks (and their »memories) with ‘nothing more’ than consciousness, albeit modes that are native to these networks are fundamentally very different from the modes that produce models and machines. Humans have been traveling in the network naturally, for millions of years. This is unsurprising since our bodies and minds were actually »formed and informed by these networks. We are literally their children. Travel in these networks is as natural to us as swimming is to fish, however, over the past few thousand years, the ‘group bodies’ of our species has been captured a a specific array of problems that relate to the dangers of representational cognition.

These features of the network of »human minds act parasitically upon the minds and societies of our species, producing abstractions and representations (read: dead knowledge) where, previously, insight and whole libraries of degrees of liberty were our common experience. They can be, again, if we learn to understand the structure and origin of these dangers. Our lexicons are missing key, foundational concepts, others have been distorted by science, religion and commerce/corporations. The lack of these concepts, and our effective slavery to what stands in their place in human cognition, creates momentous opposites of anything resembling intelligence or insight. This is an old problem with many historical threads.

4. If machines »were necessary or useful for ‘travel’ in timespace, one can easily imagine a situation where it is possible to put a vehicle into a ‘superposition’ over time and space, from which it would then be possible to effectively ‘scroll through’ timespace, »without actually collapsing to physical presence. Observers outside the superposition would experience a variety of inexplicable phenomenon because they are thinking about vehicles as ‘fully collapsed’, when this is rarely the case. Not only could such a vehicle appear in multiple positions of time and space »at once… it would certainly produce bizarre physical situations in the ‘collapsed’ spacetime of actual observers if it was proximal, and ‘partly collapsed’ there. Of course, it is also possible that, if desirable, the vehicle could ‘completely collapse’ into physical reality local to a specific place and time, with given observers. The point is that ‘always-collapsed (physical) vehicles’ are the common experience of primitive humans, and so this is why they cannot imagine what it could possibly »be that they are seeing.

5. UFO/UAP phenomenon represent »modes of experience that we have few useful concepts for. They also represent a broad »range of probably disparate phenomenon, many of which are »not vehicles at all.

6. It is also clear that the UFO/UAP phenomenon is related to the nature of observation, the nature of consciousness, and the myriad modes of intelligence that are native or foundational to timespace… whatever ‘the sky’ »is, is not given objectively! For living beings, the nature of situations, space, and time are relative to awareness, purpose, intent, history, concern and group-sensing/bonding. It is entirely possible to have 5 people together in a situation, and only one of them ‘sees’ the Uxx. Sometimes this may be a psychological situation, but the nature of »participation in phenomenal experience practically guarantees that each observer and group will have differing experiences, memories and narratives about experience itself, and UXX phenomenon in particular.

7. We have no intelligent societies. Our minds are being crushed beneath the weight of a vast array of bizarre social and technological forces that, while human in the sense of ‘hey we’re dumb enough to keep doing this at the group level’ are actually »not human at all. They are products of the damage we’ve acquired from our long relationship with representational cognition and its goals of reducing all life to object-commodities and manipulable models. Any actually intelligent species might be extremely concerned about contagion in such a situation, and would, at least in many cases, totally avoid exposure to the terrifying disease ‘we’ (the group-bodies of our species) aggressively develop and perform the equivalent of ‘gain of function’ research on.
