It is common to think of the question of the origin of life on Earth in a one-valued, bi-polar way. To wit…

Either:

A: Life naturally evolved on Earth ‘by itself’.

B: Life was transmitted to Earth, from space.

Even if A is slightly true, it should be obvious that it’s a result of the complexity and nature of the context of spacetime to produce living planets. Either by something like osmosis or derivative conglomeration.

But suppose that »both A: and B: are true. One form of life arose here, and it »mated with another or other forms of life that arose either on other worlds, or in the … places between them. And that produced the vast library of organisms on Earth…
