I made a video some time ago which I never posted. This recording is about what was going on then… that interrupted that video. It is both a real-life story about questing for an insight, a cautionary tale from nature, and a parable or analogy that captures certain features of the problem we face as representational cognitives… and the difference between… grasping… and freedom (flight).

After I had made this recording, I saw the female Cooper’s Hawk catch a gopher, take it up to a tree branch, and leap-fly with the prey to a higher branch.
