∞ It seems that a human body is a bit like a sock that is put on by a spirit. It adores this and only this sock, and will never take it off, though at night, sometimes, when the sock is at rest, it flies free. At last, when the beloved sock is so full of holes that it can no longer protect ‘the sole’ of the soul… the soul retracts, leaving ‘the holy remains’ here on Earth.
