Some find it deeply upsetting that dogs may eat feces. I think that their interest in shit is actually profound in ways we’ve not yet been willing to imagine. But, in general, I’m a lot more concerned about humans and news than dogs and poop. I mean, dogs don’t scoop up poop in their mouths and try to foist it on every other dog they meet. Or at least, I’ve never seen that happen…
