The question is whether or not and how they may choose to more actively contribute, which is to say: directly manipulate the minds of its participants, real and corporate. The simple fact is this: the participation of nations and corporations comprises two ostensible proofs of this conjecture — for these are examples of human-produced nonhuman intelligences. Yet what I here speak of is not these, nor does it have its sources or purposes in any common property local to humans as an isolated species. I speak of something that is not a machine, and not a fictionally empurposed human conceptual collective, but rather, other forms and orders of ANI.”
