We got the precedence and localization wrong. We don’t need to look for other intelligences on other worlds. We should be looking for them in our own minds… because, natively, they’re comprised of them. And some of them are friendly. Others, aren’t. Our minds might be something like a natural ‘summation lens’ of other intelligences…
