The humans are suffering in the smoke. But the small creatures… especially the flying creatures… are dying. Bees, birds… other insects. I am finding small bird corpses regularly over the past few days. And a lot of dead insects on the ground. We may be suffering, but flying creatures can’t survive in smoke.
