Suppose that the fundamental basis of reality underwent an unexpected and entirely unfamiliar array of shifts. Suddenly. Inexplicably.
But because our senses depend on long habit, and firmly established identities, frameworks and meanings…
… we couldn’t sense this shift. Except as … something wrong. Deeply wrong. Or so unfamiliar that we cannot recognize it.
Suppose the world operates on different principles now. Those with which we are unfamiliar. Oh, the physical stuff still works the same. Essentially. But the relational dimensions… have all changed.
So is it crisis? Yes. Is it also opportunity? Yes. But only if we can understand, recognize, and respond wisely… to the transformations… now… in-process.
And they are transformations… of aspects of reality… we have no language about, and thus… no »cognitive familiarity with.
But the old habits don’t work.
Time to become sensitively… inventive… and… to listen to the transformations. Without knowledge. With innocence, and great sensitivity.
