Sometimes I wonder if perhaps… we’re experiencing a »nested (concentric circles, like in a tree) instance of a complex range historical catastrophes… where this outer ring… this superficial ring… the ‘what’ that we think is going on… is actually simply the vehicle for expressing the character and structure of whole catalog of historical crises… or maybe those which we somehow pretended to avoid… artificially…
