Prodigy and Context

I recently listened as Eric Weinstein (the originator of the Geometric Unity theory) pointedly asserted that his interview partner should be upset about what happened to Aaron Schwartz, who wanted all published science to be free to everyone — as he spoke with Lex Fridman about the future of institutions like MIT.

I was surprised, however, that he never mentioned Alexandra Elbakyan, who started Sci-hub in 2011 and is still running it — someone who went ahead and accomplished part of Aaron’s mission.

I speak about this and other matters related to contexts that stifle and mislead us as regards our potential to awaken and express the prodigy innate within us.
