Whatever Time may be, its actual nature has little in common with our ideas, metaphors and models of it… and, it is possible to directly experience this nature… though one should be prepared to have everything they ever believed about »anything… radically transformed… because a direct encounter with Time’s actual nature obliterates most of the ideas that human knowledge is founded upon.

“The block universe theory says you’re spread out in time, something like the way you’re spread out in space,” Skow says. “We’re not located at a single time.”

Essentially, one may take this to imply that we exist ‘all along’ the worldline (the time/size/space paths) of our life… and perhaps, before and beyond it… at once… even though we tend to experience our existence from a specific position in time and place.
