What we have is something far more complex than this, in which a broad spectrum of ideologies are clumsily lumped together (usually to attack them).

This isn’t political awareness, or anything resembling it… it’s a knee-jerk reaction to having become so confused that we just want a clear target for our (often misfocused) outrage or apparent helplessness.

I don’t trust these distinctions, because they are far too vague… over-generalized, and fail to grant us effective purchase on the issues that breed this behavior.”
