When I was a child, space travel was my dream. I wanted to be an astronaut, and we believed, back then, that we would have been living in space and on the moon and Mars by 2001.

But we had it wrong; and we still do. It isn’t that space programs are explicitly wrong, but rather, our species »has the wrong idea about what spacetime is, and the entirely wrong idea about what worlds are. So, too ‘travel’.

We are making the wrong kinds of vehicles.
