Allow me to suggest that when science is poised to deliver not understandings about life, intelligence, origin or minds… but new machines… you will have a dead planet within 5 decades.

Corporate and academic science has become an atrocity factory, and we have failed utterly to learn how to understand the nature of life, minds, communications and… meaning itself, as we plummet from the cliff of ‘the expectation of new machines and techniques’ into nearly total ambient stupidity… relational, communal… ecological… and planetary.

Science should translate into radical new insights into what it means to be human and alive… the nature of intelligence… and contact with other intelligences… not service to and domination by machines and techniques.

Oh, by the way, we had and are presently dying from… the same problem… with language and conceptual knowledge…
