Our languages, by which I mean their real or possible intelligence or the projection and enaction of its opposites, depend upon a Metonymic web and the Meronymic arrangement and interpretation of its Hypernyms. I call these holophores. This entire domain of concern, central to our relationships with language, concepts, knowledge and nature, barely exists in fragments of academic disciplines. Yet we have, right now, the capacity to advance and correct these relationships so radically that 90% of the problems that emerge from our failure to do this would disappear instantly.

That would be most of them.
