When you encounter nonordinary or ‘paranormal’ phenomenon, the -last- thing you want to do is seek out or accept the common (and esoteric) cultural jargon, concepts, explanations and descriptions. The reason is simple: they are wrong. And more: they are unfriendly to the truth in nearly every case. These experiences are invitations -beyond- our common culture, not into their dungeons. The purposes of explanations we find in human culture are diametrically opposed to the fact and nature and most importantly… to the infinite *potential*… of -nearly all of our experience, ordinary and non-. Also it is poised for sale and combat, which many aspects of ourselves will not participate in under any circumstances. Wrong direction. Stay with the phenomenon, and refuse -all- descriptions and explanations. Again, stay -with your own mind, and the phenomenon-. Admit assaults from human culture -only as toys- and -never- as Authorities. In this way, you will continue on your journey toward discovery, rather than adopting a safe framework with which you feel you can ‘control and benefit’ from these matters. That latter position is backwards. The only -possible- benefit is -clarity-. That is almost never found in answers. It is found -in passionate intimacy with questions and their sources-, which turn out to be us and our sources.
