Real intelligence is rare. It hides. It doesn’t look like anything you see or expect. It -actually- hides. In places you will not be looking. In the culture, yourself… those beings you contact. It is, as a friend remarks with a wink ‘clandestine’. Actual intelligence is, most generally subversive — and it has to be. Look at the world it arises in and from. But here’s the thing. Without the assets of the child, it is not going to be intelligent yet. And the other life-phases, too. But especially the child. And not -one- of our governments includes this. And they are not intelligent. Period.
