It is ironic how many sophisticated intellectual arguments there are about the nature of intelligence that make you (and perhaps even your entire species) for more stupid if you should win them. And many of them are relatively easily won in intellectual climates of modern culture and custom. So yes, you can use intelligence in ways that are at once very sophisticated, and also wrong… and which have the consequence of drastically increasing the likelihood and frequency with which such errors will be repeated… until, a cascade… becomes… free fall. The nature of intelligence is not much like our arguments yet. In fact, I don’t think we are even seeing the stars in the constellation, let alone the sky.
