The other day my daughter-in-law was here. She was in the kitchen cooking. It was the first time we met. My son and I were in another room, talking and such. I turn to him suddenly and say “I think you should go check on [name],” to which he replied: “Naw, she’s ok. She’s just cooking and doing her thing in there.” About 30 seconds later, she shows up at the door. “[husband’s name]?” She asks, “Can you come and give me a hand in the kitchen for a moment?” My son and I begin laughing. We get the joke. It is about one mind — masquerading as many.
