I am interested in the topic of human intelligence as it may develop while assisted by machines. But I am also interested in the topic of how human intelligence is damaged by our presently common paradigms of exposure and relation to technology. Currently, the problematical aspects of this situation are approximately 100,000% more powerful and momentous than ‘the benefits’. They point a gun at our collective head, and with this they threaten to make us gods. I have heard this argument before. In fact, I have died of it before.
