The first kind of parasite wants to threaten or cajole you into compliance with stupidity. This is a conversion seduction. First, it will present promises of (shockingly undeserved) heavenly graces, eternal benefits and adornments. When this fails, the maggot evolves into the second form. This form advises you gravely of the consequences of your failure to convert and obey. Hyperbolized threats of eternal agony, isolation, and torment are common, and these are dressed up as divine wisdom. When this tactic fails, the third parasitic instar emerges: ‘the forgiveness body’. This is the part where the monster confuses elitism and compassion by ‘forgiving’ you for your ‘childlike and naive’ confusion, and thus generously releasing you from the ‘grave consequences’ that would otherwise certainly follow, all the while continuously singing its siren song of conversion, obedience, and stupidity into your ear at every possible opportunity.
