Hashtags are interesting. Some people use them to categorize. But, young and more creative people often employ them as metacomments on their own posts, which radically alters both their function and value. Now, if we did something a bit like this (but with a more functional outcome) with language itself… you’d get … other modes of intelligence… that are not as susceptible to deception as… those we currently favor.
