Language is an -art-. How we use it -=changes our intelligence in ways that have an impact on every living being on Earth=- and informs not only the future -but the meaning of human history-. Most of us stop learning language skills at some point. Generally speaking, that point is far to underdeveloped to comprise any kind of reasonable target for retirement.
