Many aspects of our intelligence are situationally native to the extent that they can only really be activated, developed and expressed in contexts appropriate to their functions. This statement is a lot more profound than it appears, because most of the functions of our intelligence are prohibited by by the preferred or enforced contexts arising from our cultures, habits, peer relations, and … knowledge.
