It is ironic to discover that the excruciatingly flagrant self-aggrandizements of certain factions of the ego are only exceeded by those of certain untrained faculties of the soul, such that, when we begin to enter a new dimension of spiritual terrain, similar threats exist, but they are often gravely magnified by existing in a transmaterial context.

With this in mind, I would suggest that we be slow and cautious when initially entering any new experience of ‘spiritual’ terrain. We should be -thricely careful- of self-delusions of grandeur, importance, achievement, glory or ‘wisdom’.

For these are the perfect bait for children such as we. And it appears to me that our work with ego is the merely nursery school for the -seriously dangerous- and powerfully compelling training that comes when we begin to ‘graduate’.
