The living creatures (and places) are the extensions of our own soul which, though the connective element is invisible to us… are effectively the living doors through which wholeness and holiness are re-membered by those capable of becoming whole again.
The human soul is, in this sense, a very strange animal indeed, an animal comprised of all the animals… (and all the places).
Alas, for a species which cannot recognize its own appendages… and in its grave confusion burns them down from fear, for profit, or merely out of the boredom that emerges from the fundamental poverty of such terrible disconnection.
