Truth is never a destination, but a way of proceeding. The reason for this is simple. Approaching it causes the target to evolve in direct proportion to the speed and efficacy of the approach. A good approach causes the target to fade with shocking alacrity.

So if you think you’ve got it, it’s proof you have failed. You should be too busy approaching to suffer such hubris. And yes, for those of you canny enough to wonder, this perspective also applies to this statement.
