You’re only a US Citizen when and -if- the Dept. of Homeland Security thinks this convenient for their goals. You have no rights, you have privileges. These will be held in protective custody for you by The Authorities, until such time as they deem you fit to exercise them. This time will never come. But that, of course, was never the point.
