Our nonordinary experience — which includes aspects of our intelligence that are usually inaccessible to us — is overtly denied by the rational establishment’s institutions. This includes the nature of language and mathematics. On the other side there’s a different dragon: religion and the new-age — who simply co-opt our experience through converting us to membership.
