The idea that we are the only local intelligence, reflects back on our intelligence with cataclysmic result. The problem is not that we’re alone, it’s that we can define with such severity that we eject ourselves from something it is not really possible to be distinct from — the living source of intelligences… and all of these matters affect our intelligence; which flexibly morphs into our model of it.
