For a deeply flawed emulation of intelligence to exist and survive in human cultures, it must be embedded in a falsified reality within which it can appear to function adequately. Eventually, this envelope deteriorates from the pressures of the lies deployed to create it. This reveals a fundamental problem with human cognition: our intelligence isn’t — yet — and for now it’s extremely dangerous.
