The history of the evolution of life on Earth is not, as commonly supposed, the evolution of gene-mechanics. Rather it is the evolution of Awareness, in matter, and what generated the explosions of species is explained by the bio-relational field of Earth rising to localized magnifications of the number of organisms, which produced an expression as the diversification of forms and modes of intelligence, relation and awareness. The ‘species’ are evidence of these developmental thresholds that resulted from an increase in the local field of biorelation over time.
