And, of course, the article doesn’t go far enough. Bees »definitely have subjective experience, and it isn’t ‘primitive’ unless we make poor decisions about how to evaluate the situation. A situation in which, by the way, bees contribute »directly (moment to moment and across the transport of food) to human sentience… as does the rest of life on Earth.
