Without a context, merely the senses of the word as found in an English dictionary – or, no meaning due to the absence of context. Words don’t actually possess meanings; rather, their possible meanings are negotiated in contexts that arise ( and are also negotiated ) during communications between those (persons) who employ them as conduits for communication behaviors.
