In a relationship with wild animals, language and concepts are largely a deficit, though the latter has some value, if it’s mutually established rather than presumed.

The birds do not care about words.

They sense and care about whether or not we are together in the moment, sensing together, protecting each other… in union of »concern. But they can communicate very clearly. It’s just that this has nothing to do with language. Any language about it would be the same kind of derivation that the definition of kissing is.

There is, it’s true… a language older than words.

And everything alive is made of it
